Barbara has had over 20 years of dance training. She has a BA in Dance/ Choreography and is currently a practicing certified Occupational Therapist. Nia is a wonderful way for Barb to integrate the creative excitement of dance, the kinesthetic and anatomical knowlage of OT, with insight of body awarness and personal power. Her classes reflect her wealth of knowledge with a sense of fun and excitment. She is able to honor where students are now, and support them in where they want to get to, be it body, mind or spirit.
