Erica is dedicated to the dance of Nia and the joy of teaching. After years of pursuing many other movement forms, she found that Nia offers the greatest opportunity for discovering a true connection to the body and a sense of balance through both conscious/purposeful movement and free dance. Erica has a background in ballet, jazz and modern dance and worked for years in health care as a practicing nurse, nursing instructor and teacher of just about everything else related to health care! She's also a poet and producer of short films, just to round out her creative inclinations. ****Erica's classes are on hold while she deals with an old, old, very old injury! Stay tuned for future dancing!****
