Studio Sway is a dance studio that is jointly owned by a group of women with a tremendous passion for sharing the joy of movement. We’re committed to the studio and to Nia because we’ve experienced the healing benefits of dancing Nia together. Studio Sway offers classes in the Nia Technique and other barefoot movement forms that inspire our students to become healthier and happier. Come dance with us today!
