Kyri Azar, M.A., LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) is a certified Nia instructor, teaching since 2003. She is also a registered yoga teacher, specializing in Nia & Hatha Yoga combo classes. Kyri brings 20+ years of experience and insight to her teaching, making classes fun and innovative. Try the combo class for a unique total workout combining the joy and spirit of Nia with the awareness and alignment of yoga. Kyri is also the director of the Youth Yoga Organization (www.youthyogaorganization.org), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to teaching children the art and science of yoga.
